Key Responsibilities
Each responsibility is traceable and aligned with performance metrics:
- Case Oversight:
- Independently manage and oversee medical treatment for assigned personal injury cases from initiation to case resolution.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain consistent communication with attorneys, clients, insurance adjusters, and other involved parties to coordinate treatment and obtain case-critical medical documentation.
- Client Coordination:
- Schedule medical appointments and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Medical Records Management:
- Collect, review, and organize all medical records and bills.
- Ensure medical documentation is accurately reflected in client files.
- Case Documentation:
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date notes and records in legal case management software regarding all treatment coordination efforts.
- Research & Compliance:
- Stay informed on relevant healthcare protocols and personal injury medical trends.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and legal confidentiality requirements.
- Customer Service:
- Provide professional, empathetic, and informative service to clients and partners throughout the treatment process.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a personal injury law firm or a related field (e.g., EMT, nurse practitioner, insurance adjuster).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology, medical billing practices, and legal case management software.
- Administrative Ability:
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Communication:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Independence & Collaboration:
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

- High level of ethical conduct and strict adherence to client confidentiality.
