Job Summary

This position provides an opportunity to build a career within the dynamic insurance industry. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced self‑starter to join our Case Management Team. The candidate will manage insurance policies from pending case management and policy delivery to underwriting negotiations for Life, Disability, Long‑Term Care, and Annuities. The role demands resourcefulness, effective communication, persuasion, rapid learning, and adaptability. Case Managers excel at complex problem‑solving and interpersonal relationship building, driving results while adapting to varying circumstances to meet organizational goals. This position reports to the Case Manager Team Lead – Fully Underwritten Solutions and Vice President(s) of Case Management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the progress of pending Life, Disability, Long‑Term Care, and Annuity cases, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
• Collaborate with underwriters, advisors, and clients to gather required information and facilitate communication.
• Understand carrier practices, policy contracts, and provisions.
• Maintain familiarity with new business processes and state requirements.
• Oversee policy delivery to clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Lead negotiations with underwriters on behalf of advisors and clients to secure favorable terms.
• Manage the reconsideration process for cases requiring future negotiation due to initial underwriting decisions.
• Document commissions on a per‑case basis in the company agency management system.
• Develop employee communication and education tools and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Life and Health licensed preferred (can be obtained after hire).

Position Type / Hours

This is a full‑time position. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additional hours may be required to meet goals. Hybrid work setting with 2‑3 days in‑office per week. Pay Details

The base compensation range for this position is $65,000 – $75,000. The range reflects Acrisure’s good faith estimate at the time of posting and will be based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
