The Role:

Provides non-clinical services in assisting families by monitoring/following up, linking, referral, advocacy, and crisis intervention.

Hours of Work:

M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Schedule could be M-F 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

What you will do:
