Position: Case Manager

Location: Summit County, Ohio

Responsibilities include providing direct service to clients of our integrated substance use and mental health program, coordinating with peer recovery supporters and clinicians, and ensuring services align with our mission. You will perform assessments, develop community supports, advocate for clients, and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years related experience
• Qualifications as CMS, CDCA, or LCDC
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality
