Job summary

Inland Regional Center is seeking a Case Management Trainee for a part-time role designed for bachelor’s students. Under supervision of the Program Manager, you will coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, with a smaller caseload for 6–12 months.

The position includes extensive paperwork, IPP/IEP-related tasks, and advocacy on behalf of consumers. The role emphasizes building knowledge of state policy, completing CDER/IPP updates, attending

Qualifications

• Part-time student trainee; enrolled in bachelor’s degree program. Must complete degree within the hire period.
• Ability to coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong attention to documentation and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and update IPP, CDER, and Annual Reviews.
• Provide advocacy to consumers and families; attend IEP/ITP/IHC meetings.
• Complete required paperwork and reports on time; maintain case notes.
• Assist with placement and liaison activities as directed by Program Manager.
• Utilize agency IT systems and maintain security protocols.
