Job summary

The Caring Place Center for Men in Miami, FL is seeking a Full-Time Case Management Supervisor to lead the Case Management Department, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate referrals for residents and staff. This role emphasizes biblical principles, disciple-making support, and community partnerships to enhance resident care.

Reporting to the Assistant Centers Director, the CMS will oversee data collection, reporting, and program tracking while maintaining a compassionate, professional

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in a homeless or similar ministry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, CAP Certification, and addictions/recovery training are preferred.
• Must have individual or group biblical teaching experience.
• Must have a valid State of Florida driver’s license.
• Must have the ability to apply scriptural principles to helping residents overcome addictions.
• Must lead residents by personal Christian testimony and multi-task effectively.
• Must have good interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily workflow of the department and supervises team of Case Managers.
• Leads, trains and conducts staff performance evaluations.
• Oversees all client progress notes and documentation.
• Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Secures cooperation of social service agencies and community resources.
• Updates Rommel database accurately for reports.
