Every Child's Hope in Missouri seeks a Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor to lead a team of case managers and ensure high-quality services for children and families. The role emphasizes supervision, performance monitoring, and adherence to state manuals and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field; or a bachelor's in one of these areas with willingness to pursue a Master's degree.
• Minimum one-year supervisory experience and three years of experience in human services preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 6-10 Foster Care Case Managers, ensuring compliance with Missouri's Child Welfare Manual and FCCM contract.
• Facilitate team meetings weekly or biweekly and participate in quarterly Standards and Practices meetings.
• Provide scheduled weekly supervision with Case Managers, assess permanency goals, and support professional development.
• Monitor case managers' performance, including timeliness of paperwork, reports, and appointments.
• Attend internal and external meetings, communicating critical information to the team.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with FCCM contract holder, oversight staff, families, and partners.

Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor****Your Impact:**As the Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining treatment plans and care for the children and families served by our case management contract.
