Job summary

Every Child's Hope in Missouri Heights is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager Supervisor to lead our Case Management team and ensure top-notch care for children and families. You will guide, support, and supervise our case managers to uphold program standards.

Responsibilities include supervising 6–10 case managers, facilitating regular meetings, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with Missouri's Child Welfare Manual and FCCM contracts, and maintaining clear communication with partners

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with willingness to pursue a Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum one-year supervisory experience in human services.
• Three years of experience in the human services field.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 6–10 Foster Care Case Managers, ensuring compliance with Missouri's Child Welfare Manual, FCCM contract, Practice Updates, and ECH COA standards.
• Facilitate weekly/biweekly team meetings and participate in quarterly Standards and Practices meetings.
• Provide scheduled weekly supervision with Case Managers, assess permanency goals, and support professional development.
• Monitor case managers' performance, including paperwork timeliness, reports, appointments, and data entry.
• Attend internal and external meetings and communicate critical information to the team.
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with internal and external customers (FCCM contract holder, oversight staff, families, partners).
• Attend required trainings and foster a culture of mutual respect and trust within the team.
