Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Case Management RN in Virginia to develop and evaluate customized patient care plans and work directly with patients to coordinate care with families and providers. This role acts as a key liaison within the care team and supports efficient, affordable patient management.

Travel-ready requirements include 1–2 years in the primary care area and an active license in any US state, with additional certifications as required by the facility.
