Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Case Management Nurse to join our Plastics team in Omaha, NE. This role coordinates patient care through the surgical process, offering education, advocacy, discharge planning, and resource support within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Must have a BSN, a minimum of three years nursing experience, and an active RN license in Nebraska or a compact state. BLS is required, with PALS based on department needs.
