Job description

TEKsystems is hiring for case management evaluators to join our client's team onsite in Sioux Falls. Must be available to work hours between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Description

• Each individual will be assigned a ticket from a queue, such as updating addresses or upgrading contracts in the system.
• Tickets may include verifying appointments, processing and distributing reports, completing demographic information on forms, requesting medical records, and faxing materials.
• Must have care for patients and administrative experience; phone follow-through and organization are essential.
• The phone system is operated through a computer and internet connection.
• Perform transcription services and tasks as instructed by the case manager.
• Manage Release of Information forms as directed by individual case managers.

• At least 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
