Case Management Assistant

Job Description

Works under the supervision of the Manager of Case Management and the Case Manager RN to assist with the utilization review process. This includes communicating clinical information and reviews to third-party payers to ensure certification and approval of inpatient and post-hospital services. The role also involves coordinating post-hospital care and service arrangements.

Education:
High School Diploma required

Experience:
Two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of medical terminology.

Salary Range

$17.00 to $21.67 per hour

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
