Position Summary: Aetna Better Health is hiring multiple openings across Kentucky. The Case Management Coordinator (CMC) supports the case management process to improve healthcare outcomes by providing advocacy, collaboration, coordination, support, and education to members using care management tools and resources.

Responsibilities include conducting routine care coordination, supporting and educating members, and implementing projects, programs, and processes for Case Management, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in behavioral health, social services, or a related field
• Occasional travel for meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of growth and developmental milestones
• Care management, discharge planning, and managed care experience
• Experience with Foster Care, juvenile justice systems, Adoption Assistance, Behavior Health Services, Trauma-informed Care, ACEs, Crisis Intervention, and evidence-based practices for Kentucky SKY populations
• Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office Suite
• Flexibility to work beyond core hours to meet client needs

Education: Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master's in behavioral health or relevant human services field.

Work Hours: 40 hours/week

Time Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $21.10 - $36.78 per hour, based on experience and other factors. Eligible for bonuses and incentives.
