Alliant Insurance is hiring a Case Design Specialist (internally known as: Internal Marketing Consultant) for our Life Insurance department at our ASA Group office in Little Rock, AR.


The ASA Group is a Brokerage General Agency (BGA) that leverages longstanding relationships with insurance companies to find the best product for each client.

Position Highlights

The Internal Marketing Consultant (also known as Insurance Wholesaler or Case Design Specialist) will recruit new business and support our Advisors and Agents nationwide with our insurance products.


Details:


  • Full-time, benefits eligible
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM (working 1 Friday a month until 5 PM)
  • Compensation: Base pay + incentive
  • Remote work eligible

Summary

Provide support services to promote the company's product portfolio and assist the Marketing Department in increasing revenue and profit.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Agent Support: Promote products, develop marketing plans, assist agents with training, contracting, certifications, and transactional issues. Maintain communication and support for agents, monitor compliance, and identify top producers and problem agents. Recruit agents for new opportunities and maintain agent relationships.
  • Department Support: Update contact management systems, manage team rosters, and conduct webinars using SMS technology tools.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate on internal and external committees and assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field; High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years in insurance or related fields; Life/Health license preferred.


Skills: Knowledge of insurance industry, product lines, and procedures; effective communication; negotiation; problem-solving; proficiency in MS Office; organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated; attention to detail; confidentiality.
