Job summary

Sedgwick is hiring a Case Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and internal support to an assigned team. The role offers a stable office and/or virtual setting with a strong training program, mentor guidance, and clear career growth paths.

You will handle Workers’ compensation caseloads under supervision, document data, and coordinate treatment services while adhering to company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong oral and written communication; computer literate including MS Office.
• Clerical or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of Workers’ compensation claims under supervision with Clinical Case Management Team.
• Collect and document data for Workers’ Compensation Claims per workflow and guidelines.
• Process and facilitate necessary treatment services per policy and procedure.
• Verifies return to work and remain at work status through routine communication with claim parties and documentation in claim management system.
• Utilizes telephone and written communications to accurately report return to work dates per policy.
• Maintains knowledge of Bureau of Workers’ Compensation rules and Sedgwick policies and procedures.
