Job Description:

We are hiring a Ethics and Compliance Coordinator for a role in Nashville! This has potential to be remote on some days but applicants must live in Nashville, TN to be considered

  • $28 per hour pay rate
  • Full Time
  • Contract
  • Schedule: M-F 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Only considering candidates with the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare, regulatory compliance, human resources, or related field
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, in-person, virtual)
  • Self-motivated, adaptable in fast-paced environments

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management databases

Responsibilities:

  • Handle intake and administrative functions for complaints received by the Ethics and Compliance department
  • Process complaints, written correspondence, phone, email, or websites
  • Ensure timely and consistent intake following policies and procedures
  • Document all contact and incorporate relevant information into case files
  • Track investigations from intake to resolution, updating status in case files
  • Communicate regularly with investigators regarding investigation status
  • Ensure appropriate closure of cases in the case management system
  • Maintain and track cases on Legal Hold in compliance with Legal Department requirements
  • Manage case files for Legal Hold notifications and provide follow-up information
  • Prepare case summaries, statistical reports, and other administrative documents
  • Assist in preparing content for presentations, training, and education functions
