Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA LLC is seeking a Part-Time Case Aide in Grand Rapids, MI. You will provide transportation to clients, assist with scheduling medical and dental appointments, and draft notes for case managers. The role supports home visits, paperwork, and coordination with supervisors to ensure timely service delivery.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and a reliable vehicle with a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable providing compassionate customer service.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and drive safely in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to clients for medical appointments, foster homes, and other locations.
• Assist with scheduling medical and dental appointments for clients.
• Draft and maintain notes from visits and share with the case manager.
• Monitor home visits with clients.
• Complete paperwork and calls for the case manager as requested.
• Schedule and prioritize tasks in partnership with supervisor.
• Report transportation problems impacting service delivery.
• Attend trainings and meetings as assigned by supervisor.
• May assist with file audits and small purchase requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
