Job summary

Safran S.A. is seeking personnel to assemble thrust reverse cascade components in a clean room environment. You will meticulously document materials, process steps, and tooling references while maintaining strict adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities include layup assembly, inspections, and safe handling of regulated materials, with overhead crane operation as part of the process and a focus on confidentiality and quality.

Qualifications

• Ensure accurate documentation of materials used and steps followed.
• Maintain strict adherence to work instructions, customer specs, and procedures.
• Handle regulated materials safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cascade thrust-reverse parts in a clean room per XRMY 13-530 and MSC636-1.
• Document plies of backing, PSI for compaction, and mandrel cure cycles.
• Record LM materials used and LM units for each cascade build; note frekote application details.
• Perform layup, inspection, lid closure, and lid seating per procedures; operate the overhead crane.
• Safely handle various regulated materials and maintain product confidentiality.
