Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Human Services providing treatment care for substance use disorders.
• Valid New York State CASAC (Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor).
• Ability to deliver person-centered and trauma-informed treatment with proper documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Hold regularly scheduled sessions and address patient strengths, needs and goals.
• Function as Case Manager to coordinate services and referrals.
• Conduct therapy groups and participate in clinical supervision weekly.
• Ensure timely completion of forms, documentation and reporting across systems.
