Job summary

Gale Hotel Miami is seeking a courteous Busser to support dining staff in a fast-paced hotel restaurant. You will clear and reset tables, assist with clearing dishes, restock supplies, and help servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a restaurant role, can work weekends and evenings, speak English (Spanish preferred), and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or similar entry-level role.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand long hours.
• Friendly, responsible, punctual, customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

The Busser supports the wait staff and bartenders by cleaning tables, taking plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, making sure diners' water glasses are full, and resetting tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, and restock utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with queries, requests, and redirecting as necessary.
