Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• Six+ years of CAS or similar managerial experience.
• Proven success in business development and cross-selling services.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAS practice to ensure timely, accurate service aligned with client needs and firm standards.
• Manage CAS engagements, including bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance.
• Review and sign off on compilation and preparation engagements.
• Oversee preparation of personal property tax, payroll, and sales tax filings.
• Evaluate client accounting systems and internal controls; recommend improvements.
• Improve CAS processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Assist clients with hiring, training, and supervising internal accounting personnel.
• Maintain strong client relationships and expand the client base.
• Develop new CAS business and cross-sell services.
• Partner with marketing leadership to grow CAS offerings.
• Participate in firm management meetings and strategic decisions.
• Serve on Growth Committee to support expansion.
• Lead and develop a CAS team of three staff, with planned hires.
