Qualifications

• Five or more years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting, controllership, or similar leadership roles preferred.
• Ability to translate financial information into practical business insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary advisor for CAS clients and manage client relationships.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting engagements and close processes.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff and coordinate workload planning.
• Lead automation, efficiency, and technology initiatives to improve workflows.
• Help shape and grow the CAS practice and expand advisory services.
