Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.

You will work 1:1 with children and young adults (ages 2–21) in homes, schools, and clinical settings, under supervision of a BCBA, supporting ABA interventions and data collection. Responsibilities include implementing ABA strategies, promoting independence, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with clinical leaders.

Qualifications

  • Must have 4 days of availability Monday to Friday, afternoon/evening preferred.
  • RBT credential preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with some college education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve a caseload of families (1-4 on average) and work 1:1 with children/young adults (ages 2-21) in home, community, schools, and/or clinical settings.
  • Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and collect data to monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with experienced clinical leaders and pursue career advancement within Patterns.

Job description

Working in conjunction with a licensed BCBA, the behavior technician will be responsible to serve a caseload of families (1- 4 on average) and work 1:1 with children/young adults (ages 2 - 21) with behavioral disabilities in their home, community, schools, and/or clinical settings (assignments individualized per case).
