Position Summary
The Carwash Mobile Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs equipment associated with the operations of Super Star Car Wash locations. The ideal candidate is thorough, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

This role involves servicing and maintaining Tucson area locations.

Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all mechanical systems
• Install team experience (clarify or remove if irrelevant)
• Certified welder (if applicable)
• Perform electrical system maintenance
• Maintain plumbing systems
• Assist in setup of production and manufacturing machines and systems
• Survey and repair mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation and safety standards
• Perform maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Assist in system setup and conduct repairs as needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures and regulations
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-4 years of car wash or related field experience
• At least 18 years old with legal work authorization
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Background and drug screening clearance
• Two professional references from past supervisors
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work all days, with flexibility for early or late hours
• Own hand and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, impact drivers)
• Motor Vehicle Report for the past 3 years

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience with maintenance mechanics
• Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and tools
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime
• Ability to interact, communicate, and resolve complex problems
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and working on uneven surfaces
