Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver to perform direct store delivery of Carvel & Rich’s frozen products to supermarket accounts. You will operate a Carvel Truck, focus on safety, sales, and customer service, and ensure proper in-store merchandising.

Expect early morning starts, with 10–12 stops per day; CDL-B is preferred, and previous DSD experience is a bonus. This full-time role requires strong work ethic and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first.
• Minimally 21 years of age.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record—we will be checking.
• Able to climb in/out of the truck and carry goods up to 50 pounds.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• A CDL-B permit is preferred prior to start; we pay for the license and reimburse costs.
• Previous DSD experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Direct store delivery of Carvel & Rich’s frozen goods to existing and new accounts.
• Drive a Carvel Truck and achieve safety, sales, and credit targets.
• Provide customer service and in-store merchandising execution.
• Support early starts; routes typically begin as early as 3am with 10–12 stops per day; Saturdays during peak season.
