Job summary

Rich’s, known as Rich Products Corporation, seeks a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver to deliver the full Carvel & Rich’s line to supermarket accounts by direct store delivery. You will drive a Carvel Truck, manage safety, sales, and in-store merchandising goals, and work early hours with 10–12 daily stops.

The role requires a CDL-B permit preferred, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to climb in/out of truck and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL-B permit preferred; training and reimbursement available.
• Previous DSD experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Carvel & Rich’s products to existing and new accounts by direct store delivery using a Carvel Truck.
• Drive safely and maintain accuracy in sales and credit volume, ensuring strong customer service and in-store merchandising.
• Route hours typically start as early as 3am with 10–12 stops per day; Saturday work may be required during peak season.
