Overview

Rosewood Miramar Beach, a Rosewood Hotel, and Caruso's are seeking an exceptional Host. Caruso's offers Coastal California Cuisine with a Southern Italian influence, featuring signature dishes made from high-quality ingredients sourced locally, complemented by a diverse selection of wines and cocktails.

Responsibilities

1. Provide a professional and gracious guest experience, both in person and over the phone.
2. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
3. Act as an advocate for the restaurant, building relationships with guests.

Essential Duties

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
• Greet guests and provide information about the restaurant and local area.
• Accurately handle reservations and maintain knowledge of menu and beverage offerings.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and maintain confidentiality.
• Work flexibly according to business needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service Certifications.
• Minimum two years of restaurant service experience, preferably in luxury settings.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Compensation

The hourly pay ranges from $19.07 to $19.57 plus tips.
