Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, seeks a part-time Retail Carts Co-worker to support loading/unloading, keep loading zones tidy, stock carts and tools, and assist across customer service areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient car loading and unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
• Ensure that all physical shopping tools, including carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine, are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours.
• Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing.
• Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report any IT issues, and remove any physical stands or tools that are unsafe.
• Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, escalate matters to a manager when needed.
• Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed.

What you\'ll be doing day to day

• As a Retail Carts Co-worker ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, you will: Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
• Ensure that all physical shopping tools, including carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine, are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours.

• JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate, 18+
• HOURS – From 12 to 19 hours per week (HL1) // Limited Benefits
• SHIFTS– Seeking work schedule availability of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. Work schedules are published one month in advance.
