With 18 treatment locations across Arkansas, CARTI aims to make trusted cancer care accessible through compassion, innovation, and purpose.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots to automate business processes.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, and logging tools.
• Test, debug, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on RPA bots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design solutions.
• Create technical and user documentation for RPA solutions.
• Optimize RPA scripts for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Follow development standards and best practices for high-quality automation solutions.
• Monitor bot performance, analyze logs, and report on performance metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, or .Net.
• Proficiency with RPA tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience developing RPA using UI Path or Power Automate.
• Experience with API development and consumption.
• Basic understanding of machine learning/deep learning concepts.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
