Job summary

Meijer in Michigan is seeking an entry-level Courtesy Team Member to support store operations, assist customers, and perform a variety of retail tasks across departments. You will help with cart attendants, parking lot coordination, snow removal, salvage returns, basic store cleaning, and collaboration with the service desk, checkout lanes and other areas.

Strong organization and communication are highly valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with a keen sense for details.

• Can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
