Job summary

Meijer is seeking an entry-level team member to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks, including services provided by our store, product handling, and customer service. Team members enjoy interacting with people and delivering above-and-beyond service.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect trash from parking lot, lawn, and store areas.
• Use snow removal equipment safely for snow removal.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking areas.
• Collaborate with Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
