Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking an energetic cart attendant to support members in the Fayetteville club location. You will help keep the parking lot tidy, assist with purchases, and ensure carts are ready for member use.

Day-to-day tasks include greeting members, answering questions, loading items for customers, and maintaining a clean, organized area. This role requires standing and moving throughout shifts, rain or shine.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to assist members across the club.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to assist with loading purchases and keeping carts available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming member area and assist with purchases.
• Assist members with loading items and transporting to vehicles as needed.
• Ensure carts/flatbeds are organized and available for members.
• Respond to member questions and resolve issues to promote satisfaction.
