Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly and understand basic instructions.
• Must stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• tolerate dust and cleaning agents during duties.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way.
• Work cooperatively with others and maintain attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work/shopping environment.
• Greet Customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
• Collect empty shopping carts and return them to proper places.
• Handle damaged or return-to-stock products following policy, with focus on perishable items.
• Perform duties per QA hygiene standards and wear gloves when handling food.
• Promote current charitable promotions to Customers.
• Know product locations and keep equipment in good condition.
