Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking an entry-level Cart Attendant in West Valley City to maintain clean, accessible carts and provide friendly service to customers. This role involves moving carts, helping guests, and performing related duties in a 24/7 operation.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, with lifting and pushing required, and must be at least 16 years old with the ability to obtain a Food Handlers Certification where required by state law.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain safety and awareness in a busy parking lot and store environment.
• Demonstrate physical stamina for long periods of standing and moving carts.

Responsibilities

• Gathers carts from the parking lot and store, ensuring cleanliness.
• Provides friendly, courteous service to customers and internal teams.
• Performs other related duties as assigned, including litter pickup and recycling tasks.
• Operates cart mover and pallet jack as needed to move carts and pallets.
