Responsibilities

• Ensures club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable; offering alternatives when needed; ensuring items are packaged per policy.
• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and assisting with purchasing decisions; processing purchases and payments; using cash registers.
• Maintains safe, clean, and organized club areas; organizes merchandise and ensures carts/flatbeds are available; promotes products and services.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; follows Open Door Policy; adapts to changes and communicates progress.
