• Contact members to notify when pickup time is delayed and offer alternatives
• Inform members when products are unavailable and help with substitutions
• Package items according to policies and assist with checkout and payments
• Locate and organize merchandise and keep carts available and area tidy
• Promote Walmart products and services while resolving member issues
