Meijer Inc. is seeking entry-level team members to support a variety of retail tasks across store operations. You will help with cart retrieval, cleanliness, trash removal, and basic snow removal to ensure a safe, welcoming store environment.

This role involves interacting with customers and collaborating with departments like Health & Beauty, Hardlines, and Front End to deliver above-and-beyond service in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Highly organized with a keen sense for details.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Able to lift, push, pull, bend and twist; comfortable with physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Move shopping carts from outside to inside the store and assist customers as needed.
• Assist with parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash collection.
• Safely use snow removal equipment to clear snow.
• Perform basic store cleaning and restocking tasks.
• Interact with service desk, entrances, check lanes, and various departments.
• Support other duties as assigned in a fast-paced retail environment.
