Job summary

Walmart in Wichita, KS is seeking a Cart Attendant to ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our store. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them into the store, and maintain cleanliness and safety in all weather conditions.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($14–$27/hour) plus additional premiums and comprehensive benefits as part of our Walmart team in Wichita. Shifts include mid-shift and closing, with opportunities for incentive-based rewards.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
