Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Cart Attendant to ensure customers have a great first and last impression. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them inside the store, and help maintain clean, safe shopping carts in all weather.

This part-time role offers mid-shift and closing shifts at Walmart Supercenter #1041 in Weslaco, TX. The position includes eligibility for benefits, performance incentives, and various premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed.

Job description

Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
