Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Cart Attendant for the Fort Worth area store to assist customers and keep carts ready for shopping. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them inside using store equipment, and maintain sanitation of the carts. A positive attitude and reliability in all weather conditions are essential.

This full-time role offers wages in the posted range with eligibility for benefits and incentives based on performance and location.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage

$14.5 - $27.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
