Walmart in Upland, CA is seeking a part-time Cart Attendant to greet customers and maintain shopping cart cleanliness. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them inside, and help keep the store entrance tidy while delivering friendly service.

Shifts include mid-shift and closing. The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $17 to $30 plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits program for eligible associates.

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
