Walmart is hiring a part-time Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #1875 in Severn, MD. You will collect carts, transport them from the parking lot into the store, and ensure the cart area is clean and safe. A positive attitude in all weather conditions is required.

This role offers a base hourly wage of $15 to $28, with additional premiums and incentives. Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), life insurance, PTO and discount programs.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
