Walmart Supercenter in Morrilton, AR is hiring a Part-Time Cart Attendant to support a clean, efficient shopping environment. You will gather and return shopping carts from the lot, move them inside using equipment, and maintain cart sanitation. A positive attitude in all weather is essential.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. Health benefits and other perks apply; wages start at $14 per hour with potential increases up to $27 per hour depending on premiums and incentives.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
