Walmart in SEARCY, AR is seeking a Cart Attendant to ensure customers have a positive first and last impression. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them into the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the carts in all weather conditions.

The position is part-time with mid-shift and closing hours, offering performance incentives and comprehensive benefits, along with Walmart's no-tolerance policy on drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
