Job summary

Walmart is seeking Cart Attendants for the Delaware, OH location. You will collect and move shopping carts from the parking area into the store and keep cart areas clean. A positive attitude and reliable work ethic are essential in all weather conditions.

Shifts include Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing. The job offers an hourly wage of $15–$28 plus performance incentives, with additional premiums possible based on schedule or duties. Both full-time and part-time openings are available.

• Must be able to lift and move carts, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.

They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts.
