Walmart is seeking a part-time Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #5113 in Pell City, AL. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them into the store, and help maintain clean, safe carts. A positive attitude in all weather conditions is essential.

The role offers mid-shift and closing schedules, with a wage range of 14–27 USD per hour and opportunities for premiums and incentives. Walmart provides a broad benefits package and progressive schedule-based premiums where applicable.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
