Job summary

Walmart Noblesville is seeking Cart Attendants to help create a positive first and last impression for customers. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them into the store, and keep all carts clean and safe in all weather conditions.

The role offers flexible shifts (Mid-Shift, Closing) with full-time or part-time status and hourly wages ranging from $14 to $27. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, or work performed, with benefits and growth programs available.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
