Job summary

Meijer in Wisconsin is seeking cart attendants to help keep our stores running smoothly. You will ferry shopping carts from outside to inside, assist with parking lot maintenance, and support various store areas while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Return and organize shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Assist with parking lot, lawn, and store trash collection.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment as needed.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Support service desk, entrances, lanes, and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across the store.

What You'll be Doing:

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
