Walmart is seeking a Cart Attendant at the Huntersville location. You will gather and move shopping carts from the parking lot into the store, while maintaining cart cleanliness and safety. A positive attitude in all weather conditions is essential to keep customers happy.

This role offers flexible shifts (Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, Closing) and opportunities to contribute to a clean, welcoming store environment for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with cart retrieval from the parking lot.
• Operate carts moving equipment to bring carts from the parking lot into the store.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of Shopping Carts throughout shift.
• Contribute to a positive first and last impression of Walmart for shoppers.

Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
