Job summary

Jersey Meadow Golf Course in Jersey Village, TX is seeking a Cart Attendant to support cart operations, greet golfers, and provide helpful service throughout the round.

You will retrieve and prep carts, assist with loading bags, monitor flow of carts, maintain the staging area, and help with light maintenance while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and cart operations advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry golf bags and perform light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving golf carts from the staging area and ensuring they are cleaned, stocked, and in proper working condition.
• Assisting golfers with loading and unloading their bags onto the carts.
• Directing the flow of cart traffic and ensuring adherence to course policies.
• Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the cart staging area and driving range.
• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting golfers, answering questions, and assisting with their needs.
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks around the facility as needed.
• Upholding safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
